Ever since update 12 or possibly 13, the default import bookmark script has always given me this error when importing any bookmarks:
"*ERROR Line 65: Type name ‘u’ could not be located. The type must exist in a template that has been run on the target file. "
Now this can be replicated by simply creating a few bookmarks and exporting them to a CSV and then attempting to import them using the ImportBookmarksCSV.1sc script.
It seems to work fine on the 1st bookmark in the list, but errors on the proceeding bookmark.
Anyone?
Update! I wasn’t aware there was an option in the context menu of the bookmark window that allows native importing. I was always using a script that I downloaded from the repository years ago. Bookmarks now import correctly.
Yes, I believe an extra column was added to the Bookmark export around v12 and the script does not properly support the change. Using the built-in import from the right-click menu is the correct way and we’ll try to update the script in the future or at least add a note to use the built-in import instead.
