A feature that is present in many text editors but couldn’t find in 010 Editor, is a way to mark all modified lines, since opening it and since last save. For example, having next to the line numbers and also in the mini-map a red marker when a line has been changed since last save and a green mark when the line has been changed and saved.
The hex view already shows such changes, although it doesn’t make the difference between saved and unsaved bytes. Maybe this could be improved too. And lastly, an option to clear the “last opened” markers without the need to close/open the file again would be nice too.
