Template doesn't execute against second view of file

To repro:

Load a file.

Execute a template.

Observe in template-run-dropdown (top-right of template window), selected filename.

Load file again (as a duplicate view).

Observe second entry in template-run-dropdown.

No matter which entry is selected, the template executes against the first instance of the file.

Yes, there was a problem selecting duplicate views in that drop-down. Can you check if this update fixes the issue: http://download.sweetscape.com/010EditorWin64Installer16.0.3a.exe

Hi - I can confirm this is fixed in 16.0.3a (but still present in 16.0.3).
