After minimizing the window and then closing the program, the config will enter a corrupted state.
Trying to open the program after this will not open the normal GUI. (however you can still open new files)
It will stay this way until deleting the config file.
Version used is 16.0.1, 64-bit, Windows 11 24H2

It does seem like the fix works. I have a minor nitpick with it that it doesn’t restore maximized state after reopening the program. The maximized state does stay if you open the window after minimizing but don’t close it.

If you maximize 010 Editor, then close and restart we are seeing the maximize state being restored properly. Is there another case you are seeing that is not working? Can you give us steps to replicate?

After minimizing, closing 010 Editor and then reopening it, it will no longer be maximized.
I am having the same issue, I was on version 16.0, now 16.0.1 but my configuration keeps becoming corrupt and I have to delete it for 010 editor window to open. I’m also not able to download 16.0.1a from your post. Is there a planned fix for this?
I believe we are going to do an official release later this week with the fix. You should also be able to go to a Command Prompt (or press Win+R on your keyboard) and run ‘010editor -resetdocks’. Running ‘010editor -resetall’ would also work but that would reset your entire configuration.
